CrossFit Rosedale is the type of premium facility you’d expect to see in The States. It is groomed and polished (right down to the concrete floor as you enter) to an impeccably high standard.
Co-owners Jay and Seth have spared no expense in creating a space that is as functional as it is beautiful. There is an abundance of floor space for all types of WOD, a raised PB board area / athlete hangout, a fenced off kids spot, and a couple of showers available. Despite the massive amounts of space, it doesn’t feel sparse and clinical thanks to artwork and words of inspiration cleverly applied to the walls.
